This opportunity is with our Selling Solutions team, which partners with top tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry. Take part in leading the transformation of healthcare by joining the largest provider of outsourced commercial solutions to the healthcare industry. We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, results-oriented professional for the role of Talent Acquisition Researcher. This person will work with the Recruiter(s) to identify target candidate populations and utilize computer search and networking techniques to identify qualified talent. This person will spread awareness of employment opportunities by highlighting our culture, career development opportunities, and amazing employees. This position will support building a talent community by developing and executing a recruiting strategy to promote awareness of INC Research/inVentiv Health. More specifically:
  • Partner with Recruiter (s) to design and deliver the recruiting strategy to build and embed our talent brand through recruiting advertising and social media outreach, internal communication channels, and brand management
  • Research new platforms to successfully penetrate our target markets-Identify Academics, Associations, and/or Societies
  • Develop marketing campaigns targeted to our different talent segments and build programs to generate awareness of INC Research/inVentiv Health career opportunities to new audiences
  • Create innovative options to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career advancement opportunities to expand our Talent Community.
  • Maintain a constant focus on the marketplace; and disseminate market intelligence to recruiting teams
  • Measure the effectiveness of our recruiting channels and provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Applicant Tracking System Database searches and Database Mining (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.)
  • Candidate pre-qualification and interview coordination
  • Generate leads and referrals through the qualification process
  • Support sourcing and candidate flow initiatives
  • Manage job posting process on Job Boards
  • Perform candidate reference checks
Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

Education Required: 4 year degree and/or equivalent related industry experience
Skills Required:
  • Minimum of two years professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support role.
  • Knowledge of ATS and Web based recruiting tools to include LinkedIn and CareerBuilder
  • Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
  • Able to develop rapport with others and work in a team environment
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate dependability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
  • Prior experience in sourcing with direct candidate interaction within pharmaceutical/clinical environment
  • Should have a strong desire to source, qualify and assist and support Senior Staff in the recruitment cycle
  • Proficiency in Internet applications, major job boards and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
  • Position is located in our Somerset, NJ office but may consider a remote-based candidate; must be able to travel to Somerset for training.
