Performance driver providing a range of operational access support services to local access and HEOR CPO teams and providing strategic input into relevant global teams. Support the evidence generation and business via CPO HEOR execution to drive sustained patient access, demonstrative innovative value to HC systems and enable HTA success. Lead, develop and implement cross-functional capability programs to optimize CPO HEOR and Access organizations. Support CPOs to forge HTA and GKA partnerships to shape the healthcare and HTA policy, and regulatory environment.

Influence Regional/Emerging Market HEOR and RWE business solutions into Global strategies.
Develop HEOR strategies for the Region and ensure Global is aware of HEOR and RWE needs from LACan Drive timely execution of P&MA and HEOR Regional strategies in cross-functional, Franchise and Brand teams
Be thought leader in building HTA, RWE and payer partnerships to shape the healthcare, policy and regulatory environments, through collaboration with academic institutions
Communicate results of monitoring political and operational activities in the healthcare environment in a way that helps peers and leadership team identify topics of interest. Identify signs and early warnings to enable a foundation for business critical decisions.
Provides hands-on access support to cluster countries for implementation of access, pricing, HEOR strategies, KAM Roadmaps and local pricing decisions
Educates countries on global access, pricing and HEOR to increase local sophistication, and disseminates global information to countries digestibly
Maintain platform to share access best practices, fosters HEOR cross-country collaboration
Supports building access capabilities in cluster countries, provide mentoring and coaching to HEOR and feeds key capability needs back in Patient Access Excellence and Access Models functions
Provides strategic input into Global Patient Access Receives, prioritizes, manages access queries of cluster countries, and coordinates with global PA/HEOR teams
Support on business and launch readiness reviews
Postgraduate degree in sciences, business administration, health policy, health economic or other relevant qualification Desirable: MBA or equivalent. Fluency in English. Spanish Portuguese/desirable At least 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with at least 5 years experience in P&MA/KAM and Senior Leadership Role with track record of cross-cultural/country teams, achieving goals and understanding the business. Advanced knowledge of pricing and reimbursement environment within the Cluster Advanced knowledge of price management and price negotiation Advanced knowledge of payer evidence / HEOR needs
